If you are a virtual design client, your plants, pots, and accessories will arrive in separate deliveries from our various partners. We'll keep you informed about timing so you know what to expect.
If you are located in one of our geographic installation areas, we will arrange for an install visit by one of our technicians and your designer once all of your design elements have arrived.

During colder months, we monitor temperatures to ensure safe delivery. This might mean brief timing adjustments or additional protection for your plants.

Once all your elements arrive and have been appropriately placed in regards to your design plan, a care technician will provide a virtual or in-person care course for your new plants.
